Prohibited Shipping / States
- We are prohibited from shipping ammunition to PO boxes.
- We can not ship ammunition to California or New York residents that do not hold an FFL and COE (Certificate of Exemption). Please submit a copy of your documents to sales@steinelammo.com or indicate the ship-to address of your local FFL, with their permission.
- We do not ship ammunition to Hawaii, Alaska, District of Columbia, Chicago or to New York City.
- All customers from Connecticut, Illinois, and New Jersey must have proper firearms identification and provide documentation via email/fax before their ammunition order can be shipped. Connecticut residents must also send a copy of their driver’s license.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on order value. The shipping rate for orders < $250 is $9.99 and the rate for orders $250-$499 is $4.99. Free Shipping is applied to all orders > $500. In order to maintain these competitive rates, your shipping cost may include a UPS delivery area surcharges (remote, delivery area, extended) depending on your zip code. The checkout page will display all shipping fees, if any.

Back Orders
Items On Backorder average a 3 week delay (as of 4/26/24) before they are available to ship. Feel free to reach out to us for details on any specific product ETAs. Orders that contain both In-Stock and On Backorder products will not ship until all items are available.
